With as few as two clicks you can download and own your favorite music instantly. All tracks you redeem and download from our online site are CD-quality audio files, mostly in the WMA format and sometimes in other formats. You can burn downloads to CD and transfer to portable devices that support secure Windows Media (certain restrictions may apply). You may also play your music on more than one PC.

Set up a digital site account before trying to redeem and download products. Or, simply choose your first product and the site will take you thru the account registration process. Setting up an account is free, easy and secure.

To play music downloads from our site your computer should already have a player application installed and have the components necessary to support such a player. These are the minimum requirements:

Hardware and Software Requirements

• Windows 98 SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista.
• Updated browser that supports 128-bit encryption ("Cipher Strength"), such as:
• Internet Explorer 5.01 or later (note that some operating systems and versions, such as Windows NT 2000 with IE 5 and 6 for example, do not support 128-bit encryption)
• Mozila Firefox 1.0 or later
• Netscape 7 or later
• A 233 megahertz (MHz) processor (such as an Intel Pentium II or Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) processor) or faster
• 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM or more
• Speakers and sound capability

Supported Players and Jukeboxes "Secure" WMA downloads are supported by most leading players. Make sure your computer has a supported player installed before you start downloading. The player's company website will provide you with details about hardware and software requirements when you download and install a player. Please ensure you are operating the latest player version provided by your choice player:

• Real Jukebox/RealOne (www.real.com)
• Winamp (www.winamp.com)
• AOL Player (www.aol.com)

Sorry - we do not offer the music download service to users on Mac since our protected Windows Media files are not compatible with most Mac version of Windows Media Player. Songs in secure WMA will not play on iPod or iTunes (including iTunes on PC). Important Note: Different combinations and configurations of players, browsers, and operating systems behave very differently. You may need to research each application's settings before you are able to play your downloads. It helps to make sure that only one player on your PC is the default player for WMA files (start each player, look at Properties > Formats).

Settings Requirements
The required settings are already appropriately set for most users. However, if you run into difficulties and/or if errors are reported, please make sure that your Browser and Firewall settings are configured correctly in order to:

a. Accept cookies (e.g. set them to low-mid security level)
b. Allow pop-ups from our site’s URL to work
c. Optional: Allow your browser to download files in-line within the browser. You can configure this from your browser security settings.

Getting Started (Back to Top)

1. Search for the music or other digital product you want
2. Sample it for free using the sample buttons (look for the “Preview” or the green “play” buttons or icons near each product name)
1. If you are using Internet Explorer, clips will play inside the browser
2. If you are using a different browser such as FireFox or Netscape, clicking on music preview clips will launch your Window Media Player to play the clips; some software configurations may lead to an open re-direct browser window (empty/white) during this process, which you can simply close once the stream is playing
3. When you first attempt to redeem a product, you will reach our Account Page
4. Setup your account as instructed
5. You will return to the site, and the download will now start; when prompted to “Run” or “Save” the file, choose “Save” and make sure you save the file into a folder you recognize and can later locate – such as My Music – or to your desktop.

Once your account is saved with us, you can continue and browse for the products you want and click to redeem and download products without having to enter information again.

Create An Account (Back to Top)
Creating an account allows you to instantly download your favorite music using our service. Once your account is set up, you can easily return to the site to complete selecting and downloading your file(s). An Internet connection is required to use our online services

1. Click the Account button in the site.
2. Create a user name (using a valid email address) and password (you can use your email address to retrieve your password should you lose it).
3. Continue to enter your information on the My Account page. Read and agree to our Terms of Service.
4. Once all of your information is filled in click the Save button. Your account will be created.
5. You will now be returned to the site’s product selections.
6. You can review the My Account page which will now be available to you from any site page. You can click on History to see past activity and access any available downloads in your account.

* Many of our online services fall under this category. However, we also support mini-sites which offer sub-sets of this feature list. In some mini-sites you may not be asked to enter your email address or create a password. In other sites you may not have a My History page to interact with.

What Happens When I Return? (Back to Top)
If you selected “Remember Me” in your account page, then upon your return you will be able to resume the same easy downloading experience.

If you did not select “Remember Me”, or if you deleted cookies on your computer or changed your cookie settings, or if you visit the site from a different computer, than you will be required to log in with your username and password. Once logged in, you'll be able to resume the same easy downloading experience.

To change any of your personal information or account preferences, you can click on My Account in the site’s navigation bar. You must be logged in to be able to access your account. Use this function also to review your account history and access redeemed products that you have not yet downloaded.

Redeeming Credits(Back to Top)
Our Redemption Codes allow you to redeem credits for downloads you can obtain right away. Simply redeem your redemption code and then start downloading products.

In some sites we support, you will be invited to enter the code only, while in other sites you’ll be asked for additional information on the redemption page.

Go to the redemption page URL provided to you with your redemption code

In some sites, you will be invited to click the Redeem button in the left navigation bar, or click on “Please click here to redeem your code” if listed on the top bar

Please complete the required fields on the login page to redeem your songs; make sure you use a valid email address if a field is provided for that purpose, as well as a password

Read and agree to our Terms of Service

Once you Save/Submit your details, you will be able to continue and obtain your download(s)

Some sites will allow you to audition 30-second clips of songs and preview other product selections to help you choose the downloads you want to redeem

In some sites, our Redemption Ticker on the top bar will count down your available redemption value
